Local Pickup

The Jones and Son warehouse is open Monday to Friday from 9 am until 4.30 pm. You may pick up your order directly from us during these hours. Please call or email ahead to let us know you are coming so your order can be processed and packed.

UK Mainland Delivery

When an order is placed before 3 pm Monday to Friday, we will endeavour to despatch your order the same day via your chosen delivery service.

Standard UK delivery is via First Class Royal Mail and is normally delivered within 1 - 3 working days. There is a flat rate of £4.92. Jones and Son Pest Control Supplies Ltd will not incur any liability if delivery is delayed by causes outside their control.

Trackable Courier UK service is via UPS and is a next working day delivery costing a flat rate of £14.40. Although this is next-day delivery, please be aware on occasion, it may be delayed by causes outside of our control. Jones and Son Pest Control Supplies Ltd will not incur any liability if delivery is delayed.

Instalment Deliveries, where delivery is to be made by instalments, each delivery shall be deemed a separate order and, as such, will be liable for individual delivery charges.

Orders will be sent to the delivery address you entered at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is wrong. If you wish to change your delivery address and an order has already been sent, then please contact us on 01626 835055 or email us on sales@jonesandson.co.uk .

Once you have received goods, all the risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to you. If you intend to cancel your order in accordance with the Cancellation and Returns Policy, you must take great care of the goods pending their return to us.
