Defender® Bird Spike Warranty Information

Thank you for purchasing Defender® Bird Spike products. All purchasers of Defender® Bird Spikes are covered under the Defender® Warranty. Defender® Bird Spikes warrants this product against defects in materials or workmanship from the original purchase date. This warranty is only valid for UK installations.

Terms and Conditions:

Our warranty promises that all our products will be delivered to you in excellent condition and will remain mechanically effective for many years providing the following conditions are met:

• This warranty is only valid for UK installations.
• All bird spikes will need to be installed as per the manufacturer’s instructions.
• Any claim for replacement spikes will need to be supported by proof of purchase, a sample of the damaged product and site photographs.
• The area where the bird spikes were installed may need to be inspected by Defender® Bird Spikes staff.
• Any claim will be limited to the replacement of the defective spikes on a like-for-like basis only.
• Defender® Bird Spikes will not be liable for any claims for accidental damage or any labour or access charges associated with the installation of the original or replacement spikes.
• Defender® Bird Spikes are not liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage that may result from defective products.

Note: Before full installation, always stick down 1 x strip for 24 hours to ensure the suitability of glue.
